Make a combo bag of 1 Part Baking Soda from Bob's Red Mill Combined With 1 Part PureBulk.com Potassium Bicarbonate.

Drink as much as you can of this (start slow) in water for good health.

Drink as much as you can of this (start slow) a week at least prior to your ZenCleanz.
